Pfizer to Pay Workers’ Comp

A former chemical operator for Pfizer developed asthma from exposure to organic molds and other materials. In 2002, he filed for workers’ compensation for a work related disease.

A Connecticut Appellate Court will officially rule in the worker’s favor on July 21. According to his attorney, the man will likely receive a lump sum as well as continuing compensation to cover out of pocket medical expenses in the future.
