A man and a woman were injured after they fell nearly three stories, or about thirty-five feet, at a construction site earlier this week in the north eastern city of Titonka, Iowa.
The two were standing on a scaffolding or ladder at a grain elevator site when the accident occurred. According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Department, both were airlifted out of the Gold Eagle Cooperative site. Their identities as well as the extent of their injuries has not been released.
The cause of their fall is currently under investigation.
