A construction company in Scranton, Pennsylvania was recently issued a fine for allowing a forklift to injure one of its workers on a construction site.

The company, Caretti, Inc., was working on repairs at the University of Scranton at the time of the incident. A man was working at the site, when part of a forklift, reportedly, broke off and landed on the man, severely injuring him. No one else was injured in the accident.

The company was cited for not inspecting the forklift prior to using it and were ordered to pay a fine of $4,500.
