Am I still eligible for compensation if I am partly responsible for my injury?

Workers’ compensation does not operate on an at-fault basis. If you are injured while carrying out your employment duties, you can be compensated for your medical expenses. The party responsible for your injuries is only relevant if you wish to take further legal action, such as a third party lawsuit.
