Man Charged in Workers Comp Fraud
In Niagara Falls, a man has been charged with fraudulently collecting workers’ compensation for over a year after returning to work. In that time, the man collected more than $6,000.
On July 9, New York State Police arrested the man and charged him with insurance fraud, grand larceny, perjury, offering a false filing instrument and violating workers’ comp law.
