The dangers of entering construction sites
Many pedestrians who walk by construction sites are often intrigued by and curious about the work being done there. Although these sites typically have warning signs that instruct pedestrians not to enter these sites, some people ignore the signs and enter the construction sites anyway.
When this occurs, these people put themselves at serious risk of injury. The risk is the result of the dangerous conditions that inherently exist at all construction sites.
If some of these people are injured while touring the construction site, they may not be able to sue for damages because they did not follow the instructions of the warning signs.
However, if the construction site does not contain proper warnings or causes injuries outside the construction site, the injured party may be able to sue for damages.
